Bindi Bindi Dreaming delights in sharing Australia’s unique food and biodiversity. This mystery walking tour will offer a taste exploration. Native edible plants are identified and honoured in this Makuru quest into the urban parklands of Fremantle. Both the brave and the shy are all welcome to treat their tastebuds with wild flavour filled morsels. Bush tucker knowledge is shared and tasted as a celebration of food and fun unfolds.
The fire will be lit and the kettle on, join the adventure and share this cultural journey.
*Makuru is the Noongar word meaning the cold and wet time of the year. It takes place in June to July – it is one of the six Noongar seasons in Western Australia South West region.
