Program details
The opening night features two compelling exhibitions. Nullians by Australian First Nations artist Kambarni presents a bold series of political cartoons that trace Australia’s history, challenge its narratives and invite reflection with wit, honesty and strength. Opening alongside it, In our hands, we hold celebrates the work of artists whose practices are deeply connected to Country, culture and ancestral knowledge. Centring weaving as both an art-form and a living practice, the exhibition honours the stories, skills and relationships carried through generations.
